Major League Ultimate announced on Thursday their 14-game television broadcast schedule with The Comcast Network (TCN) across the Mid-Atlantic.

The most exciting game of the young MLU season will be broadcast across the greater Washington and Baltimore areas.

Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic will rebroadcast the D.C. Current’s win over the Boston Whitecaps on Sunday at 3 p.m. and then again on Monday at 9 p.m. That game will be the first of many to appear on the networks CSN Plus (shown as TCN, The Comcast Network, on the television program guide).

CSN Mid-Atlantic will air contests from the previous week each Sunday at 3 p.m. and Monday at 9 p.m. following their live digital broadcast on

Highlights of the CSN Mid-Atlantic broadcast schedule include Week 6 vs. New York (May 25 & 26), Week 8 vs. Philadelphia (June 8 & 9), Week 10 vs. New York (June 22 & 23) and Week 11 vs. Philadelphia (29 & 30).

In addition to the 10 reaming regular season games, both conference championship games along with the MLU Championship will also be aired on the network. Details about those contest will be forthcoming.

“We are very excited to have extended our Comcast Coverage to the Mid-Atlantic this season,” said Executive Vice President Nic Darling. “The televised broadcast of our games broadens the reach of our D.C. team and introduces the league and the sport to a new audience that may not have found us online.”

D.C. Current General Manager Matt Dewhurst said that he is looking forward to seeing his squad on local television.

“It’s very exciting to partner with CSN,” said Dewhurst. “As someone who knows first hand what great work CSN pumps out day in and day out it’s just an honor to see the Current on the same channel as the Caps, Wizards and United.”
